• 1 Eligibility and Account Registration
  To register and use 777bq you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) register on your own behalf and not for any third party; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (d) provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration; and (e) not already hold an existing 777bq account. 777bq reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification. Each individual may hold only one active account. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be voided.
• 2 KYC Verification
  777bq operates KYC verification procedures to comply with anti-money laundering standards and to verify player age. You may be required to submit: (a) a government-issued national ID card or passport; (b) proof of address dated within the last three months; (c) proof that the payment method used is registered in your own name. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or closed, and withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete. Submitting false documentation is a serious breach and will result in permanent account closure.
• 3 Deposits
  777bq accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500. 777bq charges no fees on deposits made via local mobile wallet methods; however, the payment provider may impose its own charges. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 777bq reserves the right to return deposits to the original payment method if a third-party source is suspected. Mobile wallet deposits typically credit within seconds; card deposits may take up to 15 minutes.
• 4 Withdrawals
  Withdrawal requests may be submitted once KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Card withdrawals may take 3-5 business days depending on the issuing bank. Winnings from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. 777bq will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 5 Bonuses and Promotions
  All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. General rules: (a) bonuses are available to eligible players only at 777bq's sole discretion; (b) all bonuses carry wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn — the specific rollover for each promotion is stated in its own terms; (c) a player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at a time; (d) bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without fulfilling applicable wagering requirements; (e) 777bq reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice; (f) where a technical error results in incorrect bonus credits, 777bq reserves the right to correct the player's balance.
• 6 Prohibited Activities
  The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, voiding of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities: (a) using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets; (b) colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes; (c) exploiting software errors or loopholes — winnings from such exploitation will be voided; (d) providing false registration information or impersonating another person; (e) using another person's account or payment method without their express consent; (f) money laundering or using 777bq for any illegal financial activity; (g) placing bets on behalf of third parties for commercial gain; (h) circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs or IP-masking tools.
• 7 Account Security
  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777bq account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any other person. 777bq will never contact you to ask for your password or OTP. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 777bq support immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account prior to reporting a suspected breach. 777bq implements automatic account lockout after repeated failed login attempts to protect accounts from unauthorised access.
• 8 Intellectual Property
  All content on the 777bq platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 777bq or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the 777bq platform without express written consent from 777bq.
• 9 Privacy and Data Protection
  777bq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. • 10 Technical Failures and Service Interruptions
  777bq endeavours to provide a continuous and uninterrupted service but the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 777bq shall not be liable for losses, missed bets, or interrupted sessions arising from temporary service unavailability. In the event of a software malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect account credit, 777bq reserves the right to void the affected bet or correct the account balance. Live bets interrupted due to network failure before settlement may be voided if no official result is available at the time of interruption.
• 11 Limitation of Liability
  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bq shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (c) any losses arising from reliance on content provided by third-party game providers integrated into the platform; (d) any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. In all cases, 777bq's maximum liability shall not exceed the net value of funds held in your active 777bq account balance at the time the liability arose.
• 12 Account Closure and Termination
  You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. 777bq reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where a player has breached these Terms, is suspected of fraud or money laundering, has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or has provided false registration information. Where closure is due to a breach, remaining balances may be partially or wholly forfeited.
• 13 Sports Betting Rules
  All sports bets placed on 777bq are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. General rules: (a) bets are accepted only at the odds displayed at the time of placement — 777bq reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion; (b) where a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, individual market rules will determine settlement — in most cases bets will be void if an event does not complete within 24 hours of the original start time; (c) where an obvious pricing error has occurred, 777bq reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds; (d) in-play bets are subject to a confirmation delay — bets placed after the relevant event has occurred but before the platform registers the result may be voided; (e) maximum bet limits apply and may vary by market, event, and account history.
• 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and 777bq that cannot be resolved informally through customer support should be submitted in writing via the support email address. 777bq will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. Where a dispute relates to a game outcome or bet result, the decision of 777bq's management — having reviewed available technical logs and game records — shall be final. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
• 15 Changes to These Terms
  777bq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For changes that materially affect player rights, 777bq will endeavour to provide advance notice via a platform notification or email to the registered account address where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.
